Luxurious fine dining

We would like to show our menu here. BUT, we are on a small Caribbean island where we have to import almost all items since it is very hard and expensive to farm any type of products here. So you can imagine that we sometimes run out and have to make last minute changes.

To give you an impression of what and how we cook, we like to show you our most recent menu possible. But this can change from day to day.

Feel free to ask for matching drinks. And don’t forget to take a look in our pastry-cooler to see our already famous pastry-specials created by our in-house pastryshop: BonBons Bonaire.
